NK Minda Group's journey towards becoming an International player started in 1997 when it finalized its first order for Switches with one of the leaders in 2-W manufacturer in Europe. Today in a span of less than a decade, NK Minda Group has won customers across the globe.
2 / 3 – Wheelers
Some of NK Minda Group's global customers include Honda - Indonesia, Suzuki - Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines & Thailand, Yamaha - Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Kawasaki - Philippines and Indonesia in the ASEAN Region.
Keeping in mind the interest from the ASEAN region, in 2005, the Group set up a manufacturing facility in Indonesia, becoming the first Indian company to do so. Today PT Minda ASEAN Ltd. is a renowned automotive component supplier to OEMs across the region.
The other global customers in 2/3 wheelers include Piaggio - Italy, Peugeot - France, Aprilla - Italy, Triumph - UK, Moto Guzzi & Derbi- Italy and Yamaha - France.
Off-road Vehicles
NK Minda Group works with Case New Holland- Italy, Bosch- Germany and Massey Ferguson- Turkey.
In Japan, all major manufacturers of farm equipment and construction equipments such as Yanmar, Kubota, Komatsu, Iseki, Ishikawajima, Takeuchi and Mitsubishi Agricultural Machine are NK Minda Group customers.

Some of the international customers include Case New Holland, General Motors - DAT Korea & Mexico, Ford - China, John Deere, Suzuki - Japan, Piaggio – Italy, Ford- Europe, Mitsubishi- North America, SAAB & Volvo, Nissan- North America, Rover, Land Rover, Renault, Fiat, Mazda, BMW, PSA, Mercedes Benz- Europe.

The NK Minda Group product portfolio has also witnessed a systematic approach towards building and creating value in the products to develop competitive advantages. Today the Group offers complete assembly for Handle Bar Switches instead of merely the basic product offering, thereby reducing customer sourcing cost and inventory.
Besides its operations and manufacturing facilities in India and the ASEAN region, NK Minda Group has representation in Vietnam , Italy , Japan , USA and Brazil .
Currently, the exports account for 17% of the NK Minda Group income. After meeting the higher demand due to the robust growth in the domestic automobile sector, the export turnover is being achieved by scale of economy as well as achieving higher productivity and consistent quality.
